Know exactly what stays in sync
TaskAcross maps the essential fields from your Notion task database to both supported task apps.
| Task field | Notion | Google Tasks | Microsoft To Do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Task title | Supported | Supported | Supported |
| Completion status | Supported | Supported | Supported |
| Due date | Supported | Supported | Supported |
| Two-way updates | Supported | Supported | Supported |
Notion databases need a title property, a Status property (or completion checkbox), and an optional Due date property.
Your task content stays with your task apps
TaskAcross uses OAuth to connect your accounts and stores the identifiers and credentials needed to maintain each sync. Your task titles, due dates, and other task content are not stored in the TaskAcross database.
Frequently asked questions
Is TaskAcross a true two-way sync?
Yes. Changes to supported fields can flow from Notion to Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do and back again, including completing a task in either app.
How often are tasks synchronized?
Free accounts can run up to five manual syncs per day. Pro accounts include automatic background sync with a configurable interval from five minutes to one hour.
Which Notion properties do I need?
Your database needs a title property and either a Status property or completion checkbox. Add a Due date property if you want due dates synchronized.
Can I connect more than one account?
Yes. You can connect multiple Google and Microsoft accounts and organize connections into separate sync groups.
Does TaskAcross store my tasks?
TaskAcross stores the connection and task identifiers required to operate a sync, but it does not store your task content in its database.
Do I need Zapier, Make, or custom code?
No. TaskAcross provides a managed synchronization flow, including account connection, database selection, field mapping, and background updates.
