These terms govern your access to and use of TaskAcross. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using TaskAcross
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure, and use TaskAcross only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the connected services. You are responsible for choosing the databases, lists, and accounts you connect.
The service
TaskAcross provides tools for synchronizing supported task fields between supported third-party services. Sync results depend on those services, their APIs, permissions, availability, rate limits, and the data configuration you select.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid features are billed according to the plan and billing period shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, access accounts or data without authorization, introduce malicious code, or use TaskAcross to violate the rights of another person.
Third-party services
Notion, Google, Microsoft, and payment services are operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and TaskAcross is not responsible for changes or interruptions to those services.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TaskAcross disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee that every synchronization will be immediate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskAcross will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service as it evolves. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. You may stop using TaskAcross at any time, and we may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or address a violation.
