You approve access through the provider. You do not give TaskAcross your Google, Microsoft, or Notion password.

A focused approach to task-sync security
TaskAcross connects the services you select, moves supported changes between them, and minimizes the data retained by the application.
Detailed sync diagnostics
Sync activity records may include task titles, completion states, due information, external task IDs, and attempted operations. These logs support troubleshooting and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Scoped access
Connections use the access scopes required to read and update the task sources you choose. You can revoke access from the relevant provider account settings.
You stay in control
You choose the accounts, Notion database, task list, and schedule attached to each sync group. Connections that require authorization again are paused for relinking.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@taskacross.com with enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not include account credentials or sensitive task content.
