Introduction

TaskAcross is developed and operated by Entropy Positive Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what information TaskAcross processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Information We Process

• Account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and sign-in records
• Connected-account metadata such as provider user IDs, account emails, workspace names, database names, and task-list names
• Authorization tokens required to read and update the services you connect
• Sync-group configuration, linked-item identifiers, usage counters, and activity records
• Detailed sync diagnostics, which may include task titles, completion states, due information, external task IDs, and the operations attempted during a sync
• Subscription status and payment-provider customer or subscription identifiers
• Product analytics and error diagnostics used to operate and improve TaskAcross

Task Content

TaskAcross is not a standalone task-list database, but its diagnostic records may contain task content included in synchronization operations. Those records help identify the exact task and field involved when a sync fails or produces an unexpected result.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate your account and connect the services you authorize
• Run, monitor, and troubleshoot synchronization
• Enforce plan limits and manage subscriptions
• Improve reliability, performance, and the product experience
• Send service, billing, and support communications
• Protect TaskAcross and comply with applicable legal obligations

Service Providers and Connected Apps

TaskAcross sends supported task changes to Notion, Google, and Microsoft only as needed for the connections you configure. We also use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, email, payments, product analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process information on our behalf according to their services and terms. TaskAcross does not sell your personal information.

Retention

Account, connection, and subscription information is generally retained while your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Detailed sync activity logs, including any task content contained in them, are automatically deleted after 90 days. Some records may be retained longer when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.

Your Choices and Rights

• Revoke a connection from the relevant Notion, Google, or Microsoft account settings
• Manage or cancel a paid subscription through the customer portal
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your TaskAcross account information
• Contact us about privacy rights available in your region

To make a privacy or account-deletion request, email support@taskacross.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before completing it.

Security

TaskAcross uses provider authorization flows so you do not give us your Notion, Google, or Microsoft password. We use access controls and infrastructure safeguards to protect stored account information and authorization tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

TaskAcross and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers and respond to rights provided by applicable privacy law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as TaskAcross evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
