Getting started with TaskAcross

Connect your accounts and create your first Notion task sync group.

Before you begin

  • A TaskAcross account
  • A Notion workspace with a task database
  • A Google account with Google Tasks or a Microsoft account with Microsoft To Do
  • Permission to authorize the relevant accounts

Create your first sync group

  1. Open the TaskAcross dashboard and connect Notion.
  2. Connect Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do.
  3. Choose Create sync group.
  4. Select your Notion database and destination task list.
  5. Confirm the required properties and save the group.
  6. Run a manual sync and review the activity log.

Enable background syncing

The free plan includes a limited number of manual syncs each day. Pro plans can run automatically at an interval from five minutes to one hour. Start manually so you can validate a representative set of tasks before enabling a schedule.
