A clean task database you can sync
Duplicate the ready-made database into your Notion workspace, share it with TaskAcross, and test your first sync without rebuilding the required properties.

Required database properties
- Name — required Title property used as the task name
- Status — required Status property with To Do and Done options
- Due — required Date property; individual task values can be blank
- Project — optional Notion-only Select or Text property
Use the template
- Open the template and select Duplicate in the upper-right corner.
- Choose the Notion workspace where you want to keep the database.
- Open the duplicated database and share it with the TaskAcross integration.
- Create a sync group, select the database and a task list, then run a manual sync.
Prefer to build the database yourself?
Create a full-page Notion database with properties named exactly Name, Status, and Due. Set their types to Title, Status, and Date, then add the status options To Do and Done. You can add Project and any other Notion-only properties without affecting the synchronized fields.
Property names and types must remain unchanged after connecting the database so TaskAcross can continue reading and updating the supported fields.
